Rules and Restrictions
All registration fees, donations, sponsorships or any other money or product that is paid, donated or given, is non-refundable. In the event of inclement weather, the weather policy of Jacksonville Clay Target Sports will be followed, and if postponed to another day, all registration fees, and donations will carry over to that day.
All rules and regulations of Jacksonville Clay Target Sports are to be adhered to at all times. If at anytime, it is deemed that an individual or group is not in compliance with the rules set forth by Jacksonville Clay Target Sports, they will be asked to leave and all money paid or donated will be forfeited.
All who wish to participate must be registered, and entry fee paid, no later than October 1, 2021. Any sponsor who has not paid by September 22, 2021 will not be guarenteed any or all advertised benefits, as we will need time to make signs, banners, program booklets, etc.
All proceeds and donations go to Baldwin Lodge charity fund program, except for 30% of the gross income will go to the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Jacksonville.
